Known problems with install

COMP_OBJ locked
Cause:- MS Office components blocking setup from accessing this object
Solution:- Close all running applications, restart and reinstall.
N.B. MS Office Toolbar often loads on windows startup, if this is the case the solution above will not work.
Remove the MS Office Toolbar icon from the 'Startup' program group, reboot and reinstall

ISINST30 General Protection Fault
Cause:- Microsoft Inteli-mouse with MouseWheel
Solution:- Contact NMP for revised setup routine disk.

Error loading file, not a valid toolbook header
Cause:- System not associating GreatWar.exe with tbload.exe
Solution:- Manually edit the target property of the 'Soldiers Died 1914 - 1919' program manager icon.
At present the target of the icon reads:-
C:\sdgw\greatwar.exe

This should be prefixed with:-
(for win 3.x,95,98)
c:\windows\asym\runtime\tbload.exe
(for winNT)
c:\winnt\asym\runtime\tbload.exe
A space should separate the two paths.
ie.
c:\windows\asym\runtime\tbload.exe c:\sdgw\greatwar.exe
